Nighttime works at LSW Rail Corridor
WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Construction crews will be in the rail corridor at Port Credit GO Station near Hurontario Street from December 2021 to February 2022.
In order to complete the work safely and efficiently, crews will be onsite between the hours of 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. on weeknights, along with overnight weekend work when necessary. Metrolinx has not scheduled any work between December 24 2021 to January 3 2022.
Metrolinx has a noise bylaw exemption for this overnight work, however every effort will be made to minimize disruptions. Residents near the work site can expect to hear noise or feel vibration caused by construction equipment related to this work. Please note, work may be rescheduled due to inclement
weather or unforeseen circumstances.

We understand that we are building this transformational transit project in a residential area and that overnight work is not ideal. We appreciate your patience and will complete this work as efficiently as possible to get things back to normal for you. We have a dedicated community relations team in place to work with residents and businesses in Peel Region through the construction and operation of this transformational project.
