The virtual workshops will include a presentation and an opportunity for public feedback. All workshops will be identical in format and content.

Virtual Community Meeting Lakeshore East Corridor Study
I am hosting, along with City staff, a virtual community meeting to discuss the Lakeshore East Corridor Study. The planning study will review the built form, height and density policies that guide future development along the Lakeshore East Corridor in the Lakeview area.
What:
The City is commencing a review of built form, height and density along the Lakeshore Road East Corridor in the Lakeview area. The goal of the study is to refine the policy framework that will guide future growth and a compatible form of new development in the area.
The study covers the frontage properties along Lakeshore Road East between Seneca Avenue and the Etobicoke Creek (see map below). The Lakeview Village Master Plan and the surrounding properties are not included in the study area, as these lands were part of the Inspiration Lakeview project.

Background:

The study covers the frontage properties along Lakeshore Road East between Seneca Avenue and Etobicoke Creek. The Lakeview Village Master Plan (former Ontario Power Generation site) is not part of this study as it is going through a separate planning application process.
