The City of Mississauga is happy to announce that we have launched our new Stabilization Grant this week; we are now able to receive applications and provide funding to support Arts, Culture and Sports groups that may not have been able to access City funding and whose operations have been impacted during the pandemic.
A maximum grant of $10,000 would be available to groups that could:
- demonstrate financial hardship/need; and
- share their financial statements with us
- be a registered group with the City (CORA-Community Group Registry Program)
Operational costs covered under this funding will include items such as:
- Rentals
- Insurance
- Utilities
- Communications with members/audiences
