As Peel Region celebrates close to 2 million doses delivered and over 79 percent of eligible residents aged 18+ receiving their first dose and 55 percent of residents aged 18+ receiving their second dose, the Region of Peel is making changes to aspects of the vaccination program.
As part of this approach, the International Centre mass vaccination clinic will close on July 26th. All other clinics will continue to operate at this time with some adjustments based on community need. Read More

The Hockey Hub mass vaccination centre, located at the CAA Centre in the Region of Peel, is on track to deliver nearly 50,000 vaccinations to support the region’s fight against the Delta variant that is spreading in the region. Read More

June 12, 2021 – Today, a team of clinical staff from the Grey Bruce Health Unit attended the Hockey Hub mass vaccination centre at the CAA Centre in Brampton to support in the fight against the Delta variant that is spreading in the region. Through collaboration among Peel Public Health and Grey Bruce Health Unit, the site is on track to set a daily record for an 8-hour shift of 6,300 vaccinations.
Bruce Power and a coalition of organizations, unions and businesses came together to establish the hub in collaboration with the Region of Peel to provide the region greater capacity to deliver more vaccines in the race against the COVID-19 variants. With concern due to the Delta variant growing in Peel, shortened second-dose bookings will open Monday for residents aged 70+ and those who received an mRNA (Pfizer or Moderna) vaccine on or before April 18.
