TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
HAIG BOULEVARD SOUTH OF SOUTH SERVICE ROAD
QUEEN ELIZABETH WAY (QEW) IMPROVEMENTS FROM EAST OF CAWTHRA ROAD TO WEST OF ETOBICOKE CREEK
The contractor is working on installing new watermain, sanitary, stormwater, sidewalk along South Service Road at Haig Boulevard which is scheduled to start Monday, June 13th and be completed by Friday, December 23rd.
This work is required to accommodate the improvement on Queen Elizabeth Way from East of Cawthra Road to West of Etobicoke Creek.
Variable Message Signs will be installed in advance to advise motorists of the planned temporary road closure. Notices has been delivered to the impacted businesses and residents. Detour signs will be place to assist motorists to navigate the closure.
When: Commencing Monday, June 13th and be completed by Friday, December 23rd.
Where: Haig Boulevard south of South Service Road.
Why: For the purpose of installing wet and dry utilities.
