The City of Mississauga has received a development application from Edenshaw SSR Developments Limited. The proposal is to permit a 26 storey residential building containing 352 dwelling units and three levels of underground parking.
In order to implement their plans, the applicant is proposing an official plan amendment and rezoning the property.
The community virtual meeting I am hosting is being held to provide residents with more information and to have a transparent discussion on the proposed development.
