1000 Dundas Street East and 1024 Dundas Street East
The City of Mississauga has received a development application from Ahmed Developments Inc. The proposal is to redevelop two existing commercial properties on the south side of Dundas Street East, between Stanfield Road and Haines Road. The municipal addresses of the properties are 1000 Dundas Street East and 1024 Dundas Street East.
In order to implement their plans, the applicant is proposing Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications to permit a 4 storey, 16 storey and 20 storey residential development with commercial uses at grade. The development will contain 543 rental apartment units.
The community virtual meeting I am hosting is being held to provide residents with more information and to have a transparent discussion on the proposed development.
