91-93 Lakeshore Road East and 42 Port Street East

The City of Mississauga has received development applications from FRAM Slokker, Kilmer Group & Centre City Capital at 91-93 Lakeshore Road East and 42 Port Street East.

In order to implement their plans, the applicant is proposing to submit Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning application to permit a 10 storey apartment building with ground floor commercial space facing Lakeshore Road East. The community virtual meeting I am hosting is being held to provide residents with more information and to have a transparent discussion on the proposed development.

Due to the COVID pandemic, we are not having an in-person meeting. Therefore, we have arranged a Community Virtual Meeting on Tuesday November 22, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you wish to attend and participate in the discussions, please see the Webex call-in details below:
