High Street Capital Partners are interested in developing 1303 Lakeshore Road East with a ten storey apartment building containing 169 units.
In order to implement their plans, they will need to amend the official plan and rezone the property. This meeting is being held before these applications are submitted in order to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts of the local residents early in the process.
Due to the COVID pandemic, we are not able to have an in-person meeting.
