Committee of Adjustment for the City of Mississauga has received an application from Korgold Development Corporation to permit three apartment buildings (two 8-storey buildings and one 9-storey building) on the property located at the southeast corner of Cawthra Road and Atwater Avenue.
In order to implement their plans, the applicant will require variances from the Zoning By-law. The community virtual meeting I am hosting is being held to provide residents with more information and to have a transparent discussion on the proposed development.
