Yesterday, the Government of Ontario announced that all public health and workplace measures will remain in effect until Step One of the province’s Roadmap to Reopen is rolled out.
“I want to thank all Mississauga residents for doing their part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 by following the health and safety guidelines in place, and for getting vaccinated,” says Mayor Bonnie Crombie. “Our staff are busy ramping up to prepare for more activities to open in the coming weeks. We’ve come such a long way – I am hopeful knowing that the reopening framework is on the horizon. Keep it up, Mississauga!”
The City of Mississauga is preparing to reopen outdoor dining, outdoor fitness classes and pools when the Government of Ontario enters Step One of the Roadmap to Reopen.
